Usually most assignments like surveillance are billed hourly. Consultations and advice regarding your case are totally confidential and free of charge over the phone for the first 10 to 25 minutes at our private investigators discretion.

HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU BEGIN AN INVESTIGATION?
We prefer to have at least a 24-hour notice however; it is sometimes possible to begin a case or a surveillance within 1-3 hours. Weekends are the busiest times and therefore, we would usually require extra advance notice to conduct an investigation service . HOW DO I KNOW MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
When you submit your credit card information via our online ordering page your payment will be processed immediately and an investigation case manager may possibly contact you at the contact information provided upon placing order, only if they feel the need to contact you and at the investigators discretion . We suggest you also send us an email or contact us to verify receipt of your detective services online order.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY SERVICE ORDER ONCE SUBMITTED?
Since detective service orders are processed immediately, almost impossible to cancel or change an online order once submitted and the credit card has been approved.
